This Refund & Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds for specific services and products purchased through our company. Reservation Confirmation

  • Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation.
  • If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges.
  • We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.

Product Returns

1. Travel Accessories and Merchandise:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. We will do our best to replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Unwanted Products: If you change your mind about a purchased product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tour and Activity Cancellations:
