Important Information:
- Qasr Al Watan's ticket is for one-time use only. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
- Once your E-ticket has been scanned by the Qasr Al Watan ticket inspector, it cannot be used again.
- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you in case the ticket inspector checks your identification.
- As a courtesy to other guests in the Palace and by local laws and customs, we ask all guests to please wear respectful clothing when in the palace. We kindly recommend that knees and shoulders be covered.
- Starting from March 1, 2024, the Visitor Center will stop providing scarves to guests who are not dressed according to the dress code standards. However, guests wearing outfits not fully covering their arms will still be allowed to drape scarves over their shoulders.
- Non-commercial photography and filming are encouraged and allowed in all areas, excluding the use of wearable devices inside the Palace or Palace grounds
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.
- Children aged 3 and under can enter Qasr Al Watan for free and must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.
- In the event that Qasr Al Watan needs to cancel your ticket entirely, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price you paid from us.

What is Qasr Al Watan?
To celebrate the heritage of the country, Sheikhs Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Ruler of Abu Dhabi and President of the United Arab Emirates) and Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces) decided to open the palace to the public in 2019. Before its opening, the palace was used only for official purposes, Mainly hosting foreign leaders of states, and for meetings of the country's supreme council and federal cabinet. Even after being opened to the public, the palace continues to be used for these purposes.
